The Mustang

We’re still settling into the our new house in Sydney but I’m starting to catch up on processing and should soon be posting more recent(ish) photo’s.  This gorgeous, pristine 1966 Mustang convertible was Nathan and Natasha’s wedding car.  I’ve always wanted one of these and was a little disappointed I didn’t get a ride. I’m still glad that I was able to shoot it though.

We’re finally moved and are slowly settling into our new house.  The photo below is my son James enjoying the dirt in his new backyard.

I don’t really know why tilt shift miniatures reduce me to baby talk, but sometimes, they do.

I’m photographing a wedding tomorrow in Cronulla and I should have gone to bed half an hour ago but I needed to take my mind off buying a house (we hope to settle in 3 days)   I’ve wanted to process this image since it was taken in September and I’m glad that I made the time tonight.

Elizabeth and Alessandro’s wedding {preview}

Here are a couple of my favourite photos from Elizabeth and Alessandro’s wedding day.

awesome wedding photograph of confetti being thrown onto a Sydney bride on her wedding day

They were married in Mary McKillop chapel in North Sydney.  I think throwing rice is frowned upon by priests, but there was no way I was going to stop it from happening and I love that I was able to capture this fantastic expression.

Later in the evening after a water taxi trip across Sydney harbour, just after sunset I snuck the bride and groom out of the reception at Drummoyne Rowers Club for a few minutes to make this photograph.
